Jessica A. Pavelko founded Pavelko Senior Consulting Services, LLC, in December 2006. While attending Messiah College, Jessica enjoyed volunteering at local retirement communities and acting as a VITA Volunteer. Immediately following college, she worked for a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Lancaster, PA. She increased admissions, served on several committees, and completed a comprehensive analysis and prospect report. Later, she served as a Financial Service Representative in Retirement Banking and created an extensive proposal for Sterling Financial Trust Company. She greatly missed the personal interaction with residents; therefore, she became an Admissions and Marketing Director for another Personal Care Home in Lancaster, PA. Through these experiences, Jessica felt called upon to act as an advocate for seniors and caregivers. Pavelko Senior Consulting Services, LLC was established to provide assistance to seniors and their family as the caregivers look out for the well being of their loved ones.
